REDONDO BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 1999--Internet Ventures, Inc. announced today that it is seeking an underwriter for a public offering under Form S-1.
The company also announced that it was proceeding with modifications to its 15c-211 filing to enable current shareholders to trade their shares via the National Quotation Bureau service (Pink Sheets). Should the company engage an acceptable underwriter, it would defer the decision on "Pink Sheet" trading to the underwriter.
Company shareholders expressed overwhelming interest in doing an underwritten offering, a process which IVI began two weeks ago.
